About

There are moments in life when everything we once believed in begins to burn away.

Not as punishment.
As initiation.

Sometimes life removes certainty before it offers clarity. What feels like collapse may be the beginning of deeper truth.

I write under the name Princess of Swords - a seeker shaped by inquiry, lived experience, and the long work of inner transformation.

Like many people who arrive here, I have known grief, disorientation, and the quiet fear of being lost without an inner compass.

My own path changed through a profound spiritual event - one I now understand as a kundalini awakening.

It did not give me a new identity.
It removed many false ones.

It did not add meaning to life.
It demanded honesty.

This work began there.

The Questions Behind This Work

For years, my life has been shaped by questions that do not disappear simply because they are uncomfortable:

What is karma, beyond reward and punishment?
What happens after death, and what truly continues?
Why do humans suffer - and how can suffering become transformation?
What are we, beyond the physical body, memory, and personality?
Who are we beneath names, roles, and lifetimes?

Rise Like a Phoenix was built around these questions.

Not to provide perfect answers, but to create a place where serious inquiry is still allowed.

The Foundations of This Space

My understanding has been shaped by lived experience, study, and reflection across multiple traditions.

Writers and thinkers such as Osho, Helena Blavatsky, Rudolf Steiner, G.I. Gurdjieff, Annie Besant, Alice Bailey, and others in esoteric philosophy and mysticism helped provide language for experiences that once felt difficult to explain.

From karma and subtle bodies to tarot symbolism, Qabalah, and esoteric astrology, these systems are approached here as frameworks for reflection - not doctrines to obey.

Spiritual tools should return us to awareness, not dependency.

They are mirrors, not authorities.

Who This Space Is For

This space may be for you if:

  • You keep meeting the same painful patterns in different forms
  • You have experienced spiritual awakening that feels difficult to explain
  • You sense emotional, energetic, or psychological shifts beneath ordinary life
  • You are trying to heal without bypassing reality
  • You believe growth requires both reflection and responsibility

This is not a place for spiritual performance.

It is a place for honest work.

A Quiet Place for Integration

I do not claim final answers.

What I share here comes from lived experience, careful study, and sincere reflection.

This blog does not replace medical care, therapy, or your own discernment.

It exists to support clarity - not dependence.

To ask better questions.
To notice patterns.
To understand what life may be trying to teach.

And to remember that awakening is rarely glamorous.

Most often, it looks like responsibility.

You are not alone.

And your story is still unfolding.

With clarity and care,
Princess of Swords
